I recently ordered the Bella Lashes kit with the free certification, and while the packaging is pretty and the concept is great, I was a little disappointed. The lashes themselves are nice, but there’s no clear instruction on placement. especially which side of the tapered fans (left and right of box) should go on which part of the eye and how to make it more customizable. The tutorial didn’t really explain it, and the box comes with no instructions at all.
Also, it would be SO helpful if we could order specific lengths individually (like just 8mm or just 10mm). I’ll never use the 12s or 14s, and it feels wasteful to have to buy a full mixed kit when most of the lengths don’t work for me.
Overall, the idea is good but the instructions and customization options could definitely be improved.

Love these clusters. I do lashes for other people all the time and now I can’t do them on myself. They look so good and feel very soft and are insanely easy to so. I’m gonna start switching everyone over to these.
