When will my Lash Pro™ preorder ship?
All Lash Pro™ Pre-Orders will ship out late June or mid July!

How does Lash Pro™ work?
Lash Pro™ utilizes cutting-edge lash technology to provide you with long-lasting, stunning lashes that are simple to apply. Our innovative lashes and adhesive system are patent pending and unlike anything else on the market. The Pro Lock™ with ProTex™ adhesive is a two-part system designed for effortless application and ensures your lashes stay secure for 10-14 days.
Is Lash Pro™ difficult to apply?
Our two-part adhesive system simplifies the application of our lashes! Designed to address common challenges with individual eyelash extensions, our lashes are fast and easy to apply.
How many lash segments can you use per eye?
Eyes come in all shapes and sizes! We have found that we use anywhere from 5-8 lash segments per eye.
How many lash segments come in a box?
Our small Mix and Mini kits come with 48 segments per box.
Our Full Mix and Starter Kits come with 96 segments per box.
How many sets of lashes can I do with one box?
With our Small Mix and Mini Kits, you can create up to 4 sets of lashes.
With our Large Mix and Starter Kits, you can create up to 8 sets of lashes.
Does Lash Pro™ damage the natural lashes?
We've developed a two-part adhesive system, Pro Lock with ProTex™ flexibility and durability. This system allows natural lashes to grow at their own pace and move naturally, providing protection against damage.
Can I reuse Lash Pro™?
We do not recommend reusing a full set of Lash Pro™ lashes because they may not adhere uniformly after being worn for 10-14 days. However, if you lose a segment, we strongly recommend reattaching it to help you maintain the full 10-14 day wear period.
Can I use my own adhesive with Lash Pro™?
No, we do not recommend using a different adhesive. Our patent-pending adhesive is specially designed and engineered to work exclusively with our lash system. When combined, they ensure a secure 10-14 day hold.
How long does Lash Pro™ last?
Lash Pro™ lasts an average of 10-14 days.
What is a Weave™?
Each weave™ defines a unique style to suit your look. We have 4 distinctive weaves: Classic, Volume, Mega and Wispy.
What is a taper?
We have meticulously crafted our lashes with sections that taper up and taper down, creating a natural look that mimics the eyes natural shape. This intentional design enhances seamless transitions between each lash segment.
What does aftercare look like?
Our lashes require no curing or drying time, allowing you to resume regular activities immediately, including swimming and sweating. Daily cleaning with a gentle, oil-free face wash helps maintain cleanliness and prevents buildup. Additionally, daily crimping ensures they remain securely in place for longer retention.
Can I use Lash Pro™ if I am allergic to lash extensions?
Yes! Our adhesive system is free from harsh chemicals and does not contain cyanoacrylate, the active ingredient that commonly causes allergic reactions in individual eyelash extensions. Our adhesive is fume-free and devoid of other irritants, ensuring a more comfortable experience for our clients!

How long is my adhesive bottle good for after opening?
If stored properly and for the best retention we recommend to use for about 4-6 weeks after opening.
What is the humidity and temperature for the adhesives?
All of our adhesives have a recommended humidity of 40%-60% and temperature of about 65-77 Degrees F. We have found we get the best results between this humidity and temp.
Are your Bella Lash Adhesives Latex Free?
Yes, all of our adhesives are Latex and formaldehyde free. They all are medical grade so you and your customers get the best use out of them.
Which adhesive works best for sensitive clients?
The Titanium adhesive works the best for those very sensitive clients.
What is the best adhesive for Volume lashing?
Best adhesives for volume lashing: Quartz, Diamond, Titanium and Volume
What is the Difference of your cleansers?
All of our cleansers are oil free and extension safe
The Lash cleanser is very thin and meant to be used daily
The Detox is mainly for the lash artist to give clients a lash bath and it’s a foaming consistency. They are all great for after care!
What are your lashes made out of?
All of our lashes are synthetic mink.
What is the difference between all of the lashes?
Classic lashes will be .15 and above
Volume lashes will be .10 and under
Mega Volume will be .50 and under
Is Bella a Cruelty free Company?
Yes! None of our products are tested on animals.
Am I able to request an SDS Sheet?
SDS Sheets are available only by request. Please reach out to Customer Experience at support@bellalash.com
Do you offer a Wholesale Discount?
Yes, for a $500 USD order, you will receive a 20% off. In order to receive the discount, the $500 USD minimum must be met with the discount. Discount code: WHOLESALE20
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding all major US holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
We have standard shipping on all US orders. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days if your order is received by 2:00 p.m. MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. MST will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive.
You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created.
We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details and a tracking number.
The carrier will have the most up to date information on your package.
Tracking shows my package has been delivered but I did not receive it, what do I do?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, the mail provider is now in charge of your package.
Please contact your mail carrier as Bella Lash is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package is out of our hands.
Do you ship worldwide?
Of course! Our products are loved by customers around the world and we’re happy to offer worldwide shipping.

Orders and Payments
How can I check my order?
You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) along with Apple Pay. Installments are available through Afterpay in the U.S.
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.
Can I make any changes to my recently placed order?
Unfortunately once the order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes due to our shipping department receiving all orders and getting them shipped out as soon as received.
Returns and Refunds
What is the return policy?
If you wish to return unopened products, you can do so up to 14 days from delivery date.
After 14 days, the products are non-refundable.
Education
Why haven’t I received my certification?
Please contact your Educator as they are the first to review your work. Next, email us at education@bellalash.com for any further questions.
My student discount code “certified10” isn’t working anymore?
Please send us your email and first and last name that corresponds with your Bella Lash account to educations@bellalash.com and we will change your account over.
How do I log into my learning portal?

What’s the closest class to me?
Under the “Education" tab, click "Online or In Person Courses" and a map will appear with classes near you.
How do I sign up for a course?
Click our education tab, find your course and pay. You will then have access to your selected course.
How soon do I need to complete my portal?
The portal should be completed before you attend your course.
What do I do if my certificate is damaged/incorrect?
Please contact Bella Lash Education or email education@bellalash.com. Supply the correct spelling if incorrect and we will get it sent out as quickly as possible.
Can I take a Volume course before a Classic course through Bella?
We require at least 6 months of Classic lashing before taking our Volume course.
Do I need to be licensed to take a Bella Lash course?
We recommend contacting the State Board due to licenses consistently changing and varying per state.
What’s the price of the class?
Prices will vary. Please reach out to the educator at that location you are interested in as they will have the pricing information.
Is the kit included in my class cost?
Yes, the kit will be included with your course fee.
How do I become certified?
After your course is completed, submit your model photos to the portal Your educator will be the first to review your work. Then Bella Lash will review. Once approved by both, your certificate willl be issued.
How do I request a refund?
Please contact your educator as Bella Lash does not take your payment. You are welcome to call Bella Lash Education to further explain your situation.
