Order processing, delivery, and shipping, & handling charges
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Standard orders
Standard shipping on all US orders. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days if your order is received by 7:00 AM MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 7:00 AM MST will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Details
Ground
The cost depends on location. (2-7 business days as it goes on a semi-truck)
2-day
2-3 business days via FedEx. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 7:00 AM MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 7:00 AM will be processed on the next business day. 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Overnight
1-2 business days via FedEx. The cost depends on location. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 7:00 AM MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 7:00 AM MST will be processed on the next business day. All overnight orders placed on Friday before 7:00 AM will be delivered on Monday. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
International
3-7 business days via DHL Express. The cost depends on location. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 7:00 AM. MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 7:00 AM. MST will be processed on the next business day. International orders cannot be expedited.
Estimated Delivery Dates
We do our best to give you the most accurate delivery time for your packages. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. Please track your shipments, as Bella Lash is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Note: Estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability.
Shipping Rules & Restrictions
Overnight and 2-Day shipping methods are unavailable for U.S. Territories and specific locations in Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service.
You are responsible for verifying the shipping address and may be charged in case of invalid address costs.
In rare cases that a package is refused and shipped back to Bella Lash, the items must be received in the same condition as sent to the receiver, and we will refund the customer for the products only. Please note that any return shipping fees, customs duties, or other associated fees billed by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees
DHL Express orders include taxes and duties at checkout.
FedEx International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). You are responsible for checking with the shipping destination country about their duties and taxes regulations. You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied. Bella Lash will not be responsible and can not waive any Duties and Taxes associated with your order.
Shipping Protection
Bella Lash is proud to partner with Navidium Shipping Protection. They offer premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.
By deselecting Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout, Bella Lash is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged in-transit items.

Product Availability
We make every effort to try and ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will be fully refunded for the out-of-stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.
Order & Changes
To serve you better, prolash.com will process your order immediately after you click the “Place Order” button. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it.
