In the event there is a manufacturer defect or quality concerns beyond the customer’s control, please submit a RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) request within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund or credit. All returns must be authorized through our RMA process by clicking the link below. Orders shipped back to us without this will be returned to the sender. If you wish to return unopened products, you can do so for up to 14 days (from delivery) for a refund or credit. After 14 days, the products are nonrefundable. Bella Lash is not responsible for any shipping fees. Due to the nature of our Pro Lash products and for health reasons, we do not offer refunds on any used products.
To start a return or exchange:
To Start a Return or Exchange go to My Account > My Orders > Select Order > Start Return. After 14 days the product is not eligible for returns or credit.
Once approved, a RMA link will be emailed to you with further instructions. If the return is deemed defective, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. You have 14 days to ship the products back to us in good condition. Please take care to package the product(s) properly. Products damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or credited.
Returned shipments will be processed within one week from the time that the items are received. Once approved, please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to be applied to your account or credit card (whichever you selected)
For merchandise purchased with one of our other Bella Lash retail partners, please return the product to the original point-of-purchase to determine eligibility for refund or exchange.
